Music on the Green Presents The Trespassers & Home Tonight

MARIPOSAThe Trespassers will perform for Music on the Green on Friday, July 14. This is one of the two performances The Trespassers will do for 2023, so don’t miss your chance to hang out at the Arts Park with one of Mariposa’s most legendary bands! In their nineteenth year as a band with the original four members, The Trespassers are a genre-defying string band who have been voted Mariposa’s best numerous years. Whether it’s one of Ben Goger’s original rock compositions or T-ranch’s folk ballads, you’re sure to be delighted and shake some booty. Sarah Cupery-Ottley will lend her powerful voice and violin and Benny Lee will hold down the low end with his solid upright bass playing. The Trespassers will be singing “for the clouds and the old oak tree, singing for the possum and the coyote.”

Home Tonight will serenade the art park on Saturday, July 15. A musical partnership and life partnership, David and Gail have hit Mariposa by storm in the last couple of years. David Budries is a talented keyboardist/singer songwriter and Gail Dreifus plays guitar, ukulele and sings her heart out with a mesmerizing tone. You may have seen these two perform at The Grove House or with the Yosemite Songwriter Retreat.
