MARIPOSA — The Mariposa County Arts Council’s Music on the Green continues free summer concerts this weekend with a showcase of talent from the Yosemite Songwriting Retreat on Friday, June 17, and Scott Patrick on Saturday, June 18.

Saturday, June 18, will feature prominent local musician Scott Patrick Little. Scott is one of the hardest working local musicians; on any given day you can find him performing at venues throughout the central valley, the foothills and beyond.

A definite crowd pleaser, Scott’s renditions of popular country, rock, alternative and original songs will have you tapping your toes and singing along!

Artwork for Music on the Green was created by Mariposa County High School Junior, Celianna Lee. Celianna is a versatile artist with a focus on digital illustration and acrylic painting.

Celianna’s various inspirations have helped develop a contrast and color-orientated style, which play deeply into each composition. “I’m a passionate artist. Every piece I create is made with intention, emotion, and love. I chose dogwood flowers to symbolize our community.”
