Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad presents its last Moonlight Melodrama of the season on Sunday, Aug. 12. The Golden Chain Theatre’s Traveling Troupe will present the short melodrama, “A Fastidious Finagling Fiasco Fixing Fresno Flats,” written by Roger Clugston.
The evening begins with a BBQ steak dinner at the station, then a train ride through the woods. 
The steam engine will transport guests back in time on the narrow gauge track to the open-air theater at the turn-around site. This beautiful mountain setting lends atmosphere to the highly imaginative tale of how Fresno Flats had its name changed to Oakhurst.
