Mariposa’s Concierge Real Estate Services Opens Second Office In Merced

MERCED— Concierge Real Estate Services, Fine Homes, Ranches and Estates celebrated the grand opening of their second location at 3558 G Street in Merced with a ribbon cutting late last month.

The event was an opportunity to meet owner/broker Kori Smith, her realtors and staff members.

The guest of honor was Dr. LeRoy Wrestling, a professor from U.C. Merced.

At least 50 people were in attendance and toured the new office.

Smith said, “I will be in the Merced office once or twice a week and the other times in my office in Mariposa.”

The band caught everyone’s attention as it is made up of a group of students, one of which is Kori’s son from Mariposa. They call their band the Seven Dollar Lemons.

The “ribbon cutting with a kick” from Dr. Westerling and Smith was an opportunity to raise awareness for National Realtors Safety Month, which takes place in September.

Smith said she recognizes the importance of safety for her staff.

The Merced Chamber CEO Manuel Alvarado welcomed Concierge Real Estate Services to “the flatland” and a representative from the office of Congressman Jim Costa presented Smith a certificate of recognition, as did John Price from the Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Leroy Westerling spoke about his positive experience purchasing homes from Smith.

As the evening drew to a close, many guests won raffle prizes and the grand prize of $250 to Lowes was won by Dixie Sanders, who said, “I never win anything.”

“I couldn’t be more excited to open a second office in Merced for our community in the Central Valley including our friend’s at the University of California, Merced, Merced College and all the businesses. The new office is a testimony to the hard work of all our staff as we continue to grow,” said Smith. “Thank you to everyone that came out to officially celebrate our grand opening with us.”

Concierge Real Estate Services main office opened its doors in 2016 at the entrance to Yosemite National Park in a town called Mariposa. With the expansion of an office in Merced, the combined offices have a total of seven agents and a full marketing team and escrow division.

Both locations focus on large and small residential and commercial sales, vacation rental management, staging homes and home re-modeling.

“We are excited to have Concierge Real Estate Services open their first Central Valley office here in Merced. They have a proven record in Mariposa of partnering with Agriculture and institutions of higher learning such as UC Merced and Merced College. We are delighted to welcome them to the Valley as well as becoming a Greater Merced Chamber member. Merced is a ‘City on the Rise’!, said Manuel J. Alvarado, president & CEO of Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce.
