MARIPOSA — The Mariposa Museum and History Center will be hosting author Marie Sontag, Ph.D. at the museum on Saturday, March 19, at 2 p.m. Dr. Sontag will be discussing her latest young adult fiction novels in the Whitcomb Discovery Series, California Trail Discovered and Yosemite Trail Discovered.
A middle school teacher for 15 years, Dr. Sontag holds a B.A. in Social Science and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Education. She will be available to sign books after the event, which may be purchased in advance on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Admission to the event is free.
