Oakhurst’s 100th Birthday was celebrated in fine style this past Saturday with the Mountain Heritage Days Parade.
For nearly two hours the antique cars, floats, marching bands and floats rolled down Road 426, pausing for some banter with parade emcee Dr. Bill Atwood at the judges’ booth. When the festivities were over, and everyone headed to Fresno Flats for fun and games, the judges made their decisions.
