MARIPOSA — For the final weekend of Mariposa County Arts Council’s Music on the Green for the 2022 season, Good Medicine return on Friday, August 26, and Roger Perry will play Saturday, August 27.
Good Medicine (see video below) are led by husband and wife duo Frank and Debbie Sipes. Deb plays guitar and Frank plays bass. They’re both singer/songwriters and have been on the forefront of the California live music scene for decades. It has been a tradition to have them close out the concert series weekend for many years running.
Roger Perry (see video below) will perform on the final night of the season, and justly so. From the Fresno area, Roger is a true professional singer/songwriter and is as seasoned as it gets in the art of performing live music. He’s played alongside many of the greats and continues to do so. His guitar playing, singing and storytelling are masterful. He will be accompanied on percussion by Kevin “Skillet” McHatten.
