Celebrate the Holiday Season with Coarsegold 4-H

COARSEGOLD, CA – As the days grow shorter and the winter air brings a crispness to the days, Coarsegold 4-H is excited to invite the entire community to its annual holiday party. Mark your calendar for December 11, 2025 at 6:30 PM and join the celebration at the Coarsegold Community Center, 35610 CA-41, Coarsegold. Everyone is welcome—current members, prospective members, family, friends, and visitors—to share in an evening of festive fun, fellowship, and community spirit.

Event Details

Volunteers and club committees have been working hard to plan an engaging evening filled with activities for all ages. A photo booth with seasonal props will be set up for group shots and family memories. Craft tables will offer opportunities to make homemade Christmas cards—perfect for those who love personalized touches or want to create something special for family and friends. For a little friendly competition and laughs, a variety of games will be available throughout the night.

The party will feature a potluck-style nacho station and an assortment of desserts contributed by community members. There will also be a hot cocoa bar with multiple toppings—marshmallows, whipped cream, crushed peppermint, cinnamon, and flavored syrups—so everyone can customize a warm treat.

Gift Exchange

A highlight of the evening will be the white elephant gift exchange. If you wish to participate, please bring one wrapped gift per participant with a suggested value of $10. Fun, quirky, or useful items are all welcome—just make sure the gift is family-appropriate. Standard white elephant rules will apply: gifts are drawn at random and can be swapped according to the game’s turn-based rules, making for an entertaining finale to the evening.
