Oakhurst, CA – This October, the Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to the much-anticipated 32nd Oakhurst Fall Festival, a celebration of our vibrant community, rich traditions, and the unique treasures found in the Sierra Foothill/Mountain Region. This annual event promises not only a showcase of local businesses and experiences but also offers a perfect setting for residents and visitors to gather, connect, and create lasting memories.
Festival Details
The Oakhurst Fall Festival will take place at the Oakhurst Community Park, located at 49044 Civic Circle, Oakhurst, CA. The event spans three days, from October 10th to October 12th, with the following schedule:
• Friday, October 10th: 3 PM to 9 PM
• Saturday, October 11th: 10 AM to 9 PM
• Sunday, October 12th: 10 AM to 4 PM
Entry to the festival is just $5, covering a three-day access pass, with children under five granted free entry. This is an affordable way for families to enjoy a variety of activities, food, and entertainment.
A Festive Atmosphere and Activities
The Fall Festival is not just about fun; it’s about fostering community spirit and showcasing what makes Oakhurst special. Expect an enchanting postcard-perfect atmosphere that highlights the beauty of our Sierra foothills.
One of the biggest attractions of this year’s festival is the extensive selection of carnival rides, catering to all ages and thrill-seeker levels. There’s something for everyone, from gentle rides for the little ones to adrenaline-pumping attractions for those seeking a thrill.
Additionally, the Fresno Flats Historic Village and Park will present a nostalgic Old-Time Carnival experience that transports attendees back to the 19th century. Here, you can enjoy vintage games, candle-making, and the chance to win unique prizes, enriching the festival experience for attendees of all ages.
Shopping and Culinary Delights
With over 60 artists, crafters, and makers showcasing their unique, one-of-a-kind items, the festival is a shopper’s paradise. Visitors can browse through a variety of art and crafts, culinary treats, and sweet goodies ready to take home.
Foodies will also delight in the range of regional specialties available at the festival. Local organizations will offer homemade culinary creations that showcase the flavor and tradition of Oakhurst’s vibrant community. Live Music and Entertainment
This year, the festival promises non-stop entertainment with two stages set up for performances. The festivities kick off Friday with live music running from 3 PM to 9 PM, featuring headliner Rockaholics, who will take the stage from 7 to 9 PM.
Saturday’s entertainment continues from 10 AM to 9 PM, headlined by Grammy Award Nominee Techeeta Lopez alongside the Eminent Groove Band. Sunday will feature local talent, culminating in a performance by The Yosemite Jazz Band from 10 AM to 3 PM.
New This Year: Sunday Brunch!
For those looking to indulge on Sunday, the Sierra Senior Center will provide a hearty Pancake Breakfast, complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruit, for just $10 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Mimosas and Micheladas will also be available for purchase to complete your brunch experience.
