BASS LAKE — Imagine enjoying the sweet taste of pancakes and syrup while a cool lake breeze blows gently by. If that sounds good to you, make a note on your calendar, as the Bass Lake Lions Club invites the community to join in a fundraising Pancake Breakfast.
The delectable details of the event include a two-day stretch of batter-up: it takes place on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 5 – 6, under the multi-colored umbrellas in the Pines Village Park. Bass Lake Lions Club members will be present, flippin’ the mornings away from 8 to 11 a.m. each day.
The Bass Lake Lions Club meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month at Ducey’s On The Lake at The Pines Resort, located at 54432 Road 432 in Bass Lake. The current president is Anthony “Tony” King, and meetings start at 11:30 a.m.
