Alert: Vegetation Fire Yosemite Lakes Park

YOSEMITE LAKES PARK–Air and ground firefighters are responding to a vegetation fire in the area of Road 400 and Lilley Mountain in Yosemite Lakes Park. The fire is approximately 5 acres with structures threatened and a potential for 20 acres. This is the Springs Fire.

UPDATES

4:30pm The fire has been contained.

3:55pm The forward progress of the fire has been stopped. The structure threat has been mitigated. The evacuations have been lifted. Air tankers and helicopters have been released from the incident but air attack will remain in orbit.

3:15 pm Evacuations are being conducted in the area of Lilley Mountain and Powder Horn.
