OAKHURST–The Madera County Sheriff’s Department is reporting that they have units in Oakhurst investigating a homicide this morning. Shortly before 10:30 am, Friday, May 24, the Madera County Sheriff’s Communications Center received a call requesting medical assistance at a residence in the 42000 block of Shady Lane in Oakhurst.
When deputies and emergency personnel arrived on the scene, they located an adult male who was subsequently pronounced deceased.
