Happy Holidays From the EMCSPCA!

The EMCSPCA Animal Care and Adoption Center is now open!

Image of the EMCSPCA logo. As we approach the end of 2022 and take a moment to reflect, the EMCSPCA wants to acknowledge and thank you for your generous support and donations throughout the years. Without your help, through many ups and downs, they would not be where they are today without you!

In addition to opening the Center, in 2022, they have provided financial assistance for 1433 spay/neuter surgeries, emergency financial medical care for 27 dogs and cats, and microchips for 389 pets.

The EMCSPCA Thrift Shop in Oakhurst is supported by donations of saleable items, and run by volunteers. The income from the shop offsets many of the costs at the Center. This allows them to provide the best care for the pets and helps keep their adoption fees affordable.

…live in community rooms, not cages, with beds, climbing apparatus, and access to outdoor catios. Volunteers love and cuddle them and play with them every day!

The Dogs…

… live in indoor/outdoor kennels. They are socialized by volunteers and exercised in play yards. They are walked (and sometimes run) on the property twice daily.

The Volunteers…

…dedication allows them to provide love and necessities for the dogs and cats whose families can no longer keep them. The time spent with volunteers helps prepare them for their new home.

None of this would be possible without you!

Happy Holidays to you and those you love! The EMCSPCA looks forward to providing care for many more dogs and cats with your help in 2023 and beyond!
