Effective June 13, 2019, Board Trustee for Area 1 of Yosemite Unified School District, Tim Curley, resigned from office.
August 5, 2019, Anne Flanagan was appointed as Provisional Trustee to Area 1 effective August 19, 2019 through December 2020.
Unless a petition calling for a special election, containing a sufficient number of signatures, is filed in the office of the county of superintendent of schools within 30 days of the date of the provisional appointment, it shall become an effective appointment. (Ed Code 5092)
