Yuk It Up With The Chamber At Lyn Mar Pond

NORTH FORK – The Lyn Mar Pond Guest Ranch will play host to a comedy show and dinner on Saturday, Nov. 16 starting at 5 p.m.

The North Fork Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center will be throwing this party, featuring everything from local spirits to comedians and fire dancers. “This is not your grandma’s Chamber event!” say organizers.

Cocktail hour is from 5 to 6 p.m., with dinner served along with the show, which runs from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will include a no-host bar featuring local beers from South Gate Brewing Company and local wines from Idle Hour Winery.

Taking the stage for your entertainment and amusement will be comedians Kevin Tienkenand and Chris Cruz, followed by a Fire Dance performance by Heather and Kim Lawson of Mana Fire.

Chamber members will be serving up grilled chicken and lots of sides, plus they’ll be raffling off something everyone needs this time of year – a cord of firewood!

Just $20 buys you admission to dinner and the show, and an evening of laughs and leisure with your friends, neighbors and fellow business-folks.

The evening is also a special thanks to all the volunteers who have donated their time and talents to make the new North Fork Visitors Center a smashing success.

Lyn Mar Pond Guest Ranch is located just 6 miles east of North Fork at 60072 Mammoth Pool Road. Take Road 225 east out of North Fork, you will pass the mobile home park at Italian Bar Road at about 5 miles, continue about 1 more mile, cross the cattle guard and you’ll see the Lyn Mar Pond Guest Ranch sign on the right side of the road.

If you need more info on the location, call Mark and Lynne at 559-877-7260.
