OAKHURST — During Closed Session at the regular meeting on Wednesday, May 9, the Yosemite Unified School District Board of Trustees considered a settlement agreement with Superintendent Cecelia Lynn Greenberg.
According to Interim Superintendent Mike Berg, Member Joe Reynolds moved to approve the agreement and was seconded by Member Christine Wilder. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
“Dr. Greenberg has resigned effective June 30. She will receive a lump sum settlement equivalent to four months pay,” says Interim Superintendent Berg.
Cecelia Greenberg ‘s tenure was announced in May of 2017 following the departure of Jim Sargent, and she officially took the position effective July 1, 2017. By Feb. 9, 2018 Greenberg was on paid administrative leave from the District.
According to a copy of her contract, Greenberg’s annual base salary is $179,212.
