OAKHURST — The office of the Superintendent of Yosemite Unified School District has announced a Special Meeting of the District Board of Trustees on Monday, Feb. 5, 2018. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and is being held in the YUSD Boardroom.
Following a call to order, Pledge of Allegiance, roll call, establishment of a quorum, and approval of the agenda, the topic is Governance Norms, followed by a public comment regarding closed session items.
A closed session will take place with the discussion of “Anticipated Litigation, Significant Exposure to Litigation (Government Code section 54956.9) one case.”
The Board of Trustees will then reconvene publicly to open session and report any closed session action, after which the meeting is scheduled to be adjourned.
The District provided a copy of the Agenda for the special meeting, below. The next Board of Trustees meeting will take place on Monday, Feb. 12 at 6:30 p.m.
