OAKHURST –The fierce Lady Badgers basketball teams tore through the Washington Union Panthers on Wednesday, Jan. 23, during home games played at Yosemite High School (YHS).
Girls’ Junior Varsity basketball (pictured) took a win of 56-14, followed by a second serving of Badger spirit when Varsity girls beat Washington Union 64-18.
On Friday, Jan. 25, the Badgers were away at Chowchilla, where Yosemite JV had the Redskins blushing with a score of 20 over 18. YHS Varsity had a close game, losing by just 3 points, 36-33.
The next Yosemite girls’ basketball game is set for Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Kerman High School.
