The Oakhurst Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor the 5th Annual Oakhurst Wood Carvers Rendezvous, April 15, thru April 22,2012, held at the Community Center in Oakhurst, Ca.
This special week of carving is guaranteed to be fun for the whole family and everyone at the Chamber is extending a special invitation to join the fun this week.There will be Carving Classes, Demonstrations, and Seminars for all levels of carvers: beginning, intermediate and advanced. There will also be crafts and programs for your tag-a-long. Or perhaps they would enjoy a week of rest and shopping in our wonderful town. Either way it will be a great week for everyone.
Currently, there are several different carving classes lined up. One registration fee will allow you to attend as many classes as you like or you may choose to spend the whole week in just one class. The choice is yours.
Registration for the Oakhurst Wood Carving Rendezvous is $100.00 for a single person, $150.00 per couple (same household), for the entire week. You will need to bring your own knives, tools and equipment. The price also includes coffee each morning, a couple of dinners and a potluck on Friday night.
