CENTRAL CALIFORNIA – In celebration of Doctors’ Day on Mar. 30, Adventist Health / Central Valley Network is asking patients to share their excellent experiences with physicians affiliated with Adventist Health.
If you’ve had a wonderful visit to your doctor at Adventist Health, submit your positive story by Mar. 31 and be entered into a drawing to win an Apple Watch or a Fitbit Blaze.
Stories of 150 words or less may be submitted by email to ahcvinfo@ah.org, online at www.DoctorsDayContest.com, by fax to 559-537-1532 or by mail to Adventist Health Marketing and Communications, 1021 N. Douty St., Hanford, CA 93230.
