AHWAHNEE — Another fantastic school year has come to an end for Wasuma students and staff. The end of the year was abuzz with many activities and field trips.
A few of the primary classes visited the zoo, 4th grade went to the Fresno Flats, the sixth grade class attended the Green Meadows Outdoor School for 4 days /3 nights, and finally the 8th grade traveled to San Francisco and Great America for the annual trip prior to graduation.
The year culminated with the 8th grade graduation on June 11 on the Wasuma campus. The students presented their speeches as they reminisced about their last nine years at the school. Awards were presented by various service organizations as well as the school.
