UPDATE 11:35 a.m. – Child has been located, according to the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office.
MARIPOSA COUNTY — Sheriff’s deputies are responding to reports of a missing two-year-old boy in the Oak Grove area of Mariposa County.
The toddler was reportedly last seen at about 9:05 a.m. this morning in the 4000 block of Oak Grove Road with a German Shepherd puppy and a pit bull.
He was wearing blue and green pants with a grey sweater.
As of 9:49 a.m., a helicopter is searching in the area, according to the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office.
At 10:49 a.m. the Sheriff’s Office distributed a photograph of the boy, whose name is Hayden, in a Nixle notification.
