MADERA COUNTY – A tenth suspect wanted in the attempted takeover of the Chukchansi Casino on Oct. 9 has turned himself in to authorities.
Brian Lec Auchenbach, 38, of Gardnerville, NV, turned himself late yesterday afternoon. He was booked into Madera County Department of Corrections.
Auchenbach was wanted on an $800,000 bond and according to jail records, he posted his bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in Madera Superior Court Dec. 15, at 8:30 a.m.
James Glasscock (aka Jimmy Carl Glasscock), was taken into custody by officials in Williamson County, Texas, on Nov. 13, where he currently remains behind bars.
