OAKHURST – District 5 Supervisor Tom Wheeler is holding the next in his series of Town Hall Meetings on Thursday, Nov. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Oakhurst Community Center.
Topics for discussion include wood stoves and available rebates for upgrading to a clean burning stove, with a representative from the San Joaquin Valley Air Quality Control Board.
There will be an update on the fire season from Cal Fire and the US Forest Service, and discussion of other county-wide issues. A question and answer period will follow the presentations.
The Oakhurst Community Center is located at 39800 Road 425B.
