NORTH FORK — Madera County District 5 Supervisor Tom Wheeler will be hosting the next in his series of Town Hall meetings on Thursday, June 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rancheria Community Center in North Fork.
Presenters for the evening will include District Ranger Denise Tolmie of the Bass Lake Ranger District, Sierra National Forest; and Fuels Specialist/Battalion Chief Burt Stalter.
Also, Anne Melrose of the Coarsegold Resource Conservation District will be making a presentation, along with Dexter Marr of Madera County Environmental Health; Oakhurst Community College Center Director Dr. Darin Soukup; Madera County Transit Manager Jerome Jackson, and representatives from Cal Fire.
As always, there will be time for questions and answers following the presentations.
The Rancheria Community Center is located at 56900 Kuhugib Road. Take Road 222 up past the Post Office, go 1/4 mile and turn left on Wah Up Way, go to the top of the hill and turn left again.
