Three Dollar Kids’ Price For Pancakes

OAKHURST — Fluffy pancakes, any-style eggs, ham, sausage, orange juice and milk for $3?

That’s the price for kids age 5 – 12, as members of the Sierra Oakhurst Kiwanis invite the community to enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast.

The price for adults is $7 and senior citizens are offered a new discount with a price of $5. Children under 5 enter at no charge. Grownups get coffee.

The Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast will take place on Sunday, Mar. 12 from 7:30 to 11 a.m. at the Oakhurst Community Center.

Kiwanis like to say “it’s all for the kids,” and they take that motto seriously, especially on a pancake weekend. Not only do they offer great prices and tasty breakfast, all the proceeds go toward funding Kiwanis mini-grants, given to programs that enhance the lives of children locally.

Visit the Sierra Oakhurst Kiwanis website and check out Sierra Oakhurst Kiwanis on Facebook.

The Sierra Oakhurst Kiwanis club meets every Tuesday at the Yosemite Gateway in Oakhurst. Come and meet the members (see member page for meeting times). We have a guest speaker at every meeting, except the Second meeting of each month.
