OAKHURST – Reviews are in after Thursday night’s premiere of The Dating Game and the word is good. The show runs only two days, so Friday, Jan. 24 is the last night to get seats for what’s been called “the funniest show we’ve seen at school,” starting at 7 p.m. at the Yosemite High School Theater.
The Dating Game is a production of YHS Theater Arts 2 class. Tickets are $5 each.
The play features 24 students, according to YHS Theater Arts teacher Lars Thorson. “For most of these students it’s their first time on stage. It’s a fun show!”
The cast is led by sophomores Gianna DeFelice and Ethan Solomon.
“This comedy takes a look at the scary, weird and off-the-wall characters that people might meet when they go on a blind date,” says Lars Thorson. “Through many dates, two people find each other.”
