MADERA – Master-planned community Tesoro Viejo was awarded the prestigious Gold Award for Best Computer-Generated Sales Tool at The National Sales and Marketing Awards gala, held by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) last week (Jan. 21) in Las Vegas.

The National Sales and Marketing Awards gala — known as The Nationals — is NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards program, recognizing the best of the best in the nation.

Tesoro Viejo also garnered three Silver Awards in the categories for Best Community Amenity for the Ranch House (clubhouse), Best Brochure for a Master-Planned Community and Best Signage.

Out of 1,300 entries, Tesoro Viejo was among the top 4 percent for its Gold Award and among the top 12 percent for its Silver Awards.

“We are thrilled to be recognized on the national stage,” said Brent McCaffrey, president of Tesoro Viejo. “These top national awards are a testament to the vision, hard work and passion of so many who have helped Tesoro Viejo come alive.”

The computer-generated sales tool is an impressive video that brings the Tesoro Viejo community to life. Homebuyers can get a sense of the lifestyle and community amenities by visiting the Welcome Center and viewing the video. Designed by Focus 360, Inc., the computer-generated video showcases the neighborhood parks, trails and homes of the first residential village, Hillside Village, and its connection to the Tesoro Viejo Town Center.

The Nationals salutes and honors the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance.

“The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales,” said Linda Hebert, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”

During a three-day judging process, a panel of seven industry professionals from across the country determined the Silver and Gold award winners.
