MOUNTAIN COMMUNITIES – The Tamarack Sno-Park on the High Sierra Ranger District will be undergoing construction activities July 6 – Aug. 11.

July 6: Avison Construction will be grinding/pulverizing asphalt at the parking lot. Traffic will be stopped and allowed to pass through periodically during this operation.
July 7 – 11: Grading and compacting of the subgrade will take place, traffic will be allowed to pass thru periodically during this operation.
July 12 – 13: The contractor will be paving and there will be a hard closure on July 12th. NO traffic allowed. On July 13th there will be delayed traffic.
July 22 – 25: Sign installation, no traffic delays expected.
July 26 – Aug. 11: Restroom painting. Buildings will be closed during this time for maintenance.
Aug. 12: Parking lot striping. Traffic will be allowed to pass thru periodically during this operation
