O’NEALS –It’s fun for the whole family Friday, Oct. 19, when Spring Valley School hosts its annual Fall Festival and Fundraiser at the school, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. This year’s theme is “Spring Valley School…How the West was FUN.” The event includes western, historical or explorer costume contest for all school ages, says Spring Valley Principal Kelli Bryant.

COARSEGOLD – Students from Coarsegold Elementary were awash in colored chalk on a canvas of concrete the first week in September, marking the start of this year’s PTA Reflections Art Contest, and celebrating with a sidewalk mural day. Heather Gerard is the Vice President of Parental Involvement at the school, where 490 students are enrolled.

Club donations include backpacks and flags O’NEALS – Once again, Spring Valley Elementary School has benefited from the generosity of area residents who care about their schools.
