Motor Vehicle Accident 1:45 PM

Alert | Motor vehicle accident Hwy 41 and Road 630.  Single vehicle involved and blocking both lanes.  Unknown injuries at this time.

Traffic Alert 1:07 PM

Alert | Snow is beginning to stick on Deadwood again and a vehicle has spun out near Victoria Lane.  Chain restrictions are being implemented.  Please use caution in the area and expect delays.

Motor Vehicle Accident 9:19 AM

Alert | Motor vehicle accident Road 426 and Johnson Point Road on the curve.  Two vehicles are involved with no injuries reported.

Update Mariposa County Unified School District

All MCUSD Schools have been canceled for Tuesday December 14, 2021 due to abundance of caution and anticipated weather patterns.

Update Bass Lake School District:

Robert Dias, MOT Director for Bass Lake School – informing you that we will be changing from a two hour delay to canceling school due to current weather and road conditions.  To repeat, OES, OCI, Wasuma, and Fresno Flats are all canceled for today.  Please help get the word out and stay safe and warm.

Update from Chawanakee School District:

After monitoring road conditions, general safety concerns, and the weather forecast: North Fork and Mountain Oaks Schools: Snow Day – closed for students and staff. Minarets and Spring Valley students who ride bus routes 1, 2, and 3: Bus routes are canceled.

Chawanakee Unified School District

Due to road conditions and general safety concerns, the following delays are in place for Tuesday, 12/14/21:

North Fork and Mountain Oaks Schools: 2-hour delay for start of school and transportation for students and staff. Minarets High School and Spring Valley students who ride bus routes 1, 2, and 3: 2-hour BUS delay only. Please use caution and stay tuned for updates should conditions change.

YUSD Transportation

Coarsegold Elementary School is on a 2 hour delay today December 14th. Yosemite High School only is on a two hour snow delay today Tuesday, December 14

Alert |  Traffic Hazard Hwy 41 and Rd 425b on Deadwood. Snow is accumulating and vehicles are having a hard time. Snow levels are low this morning, please use caution and give yourself extra time to get to your destination.

All Mariposa County Unified Schools will be on a 2 hour delay this morning due to road conditions. MCHS will begin at 9:55.

Bass Lake School District
Current conditions warrant a 2 hour delay with the possibility of change after conditions can be reassessed. Please stay tuned for further notification but at this time we are on a two hour delay for OES, OCI, Wasuma, and Fresno Flats.
