Splash! Baker Swim Complex Opens For Summer

OAKHURST — Grab your goggles, pack a lunch and go! Baker Swim Complex at Yosemite High School opens to the public on Saturday, June 15 at 11 a.m. for lap swimming, water aerobics and family pool summer fun. Don’t wait too long — the season ends on Aug. 10.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 1 – 7 p.m. and on Saturdays the complex closes at 6 p.m. It’s closed all day on Sunday.

The cost per day is $4 per person ($3.50 seniors) before 5 p.m. and $3 per person after 5 p.m. Passes are available for $40 per person per month, or $80 for the season. A family pass is available for up to four people for $140, and additional members can be included for $20 each for up to six family members. Admission fees are for swimmers only.

Water aerobics are Monday through Friday for an hour, starting at 8 a.m. for $4/day, $15/week or $30/month.

Lap swimming is available during regular hours of operation for $4/day, $15/week or $30/month.

A snack bar is open during regular hours, and you can also book a party at the pool. Questions? Talk to the pool supervisor. The Baker Swim Complex is located at Yosemite High School, 50200 Road 427 in Oakhurst.
