Six Arrests In Operation Mountain Sweep

MADERA COUNTY – Sheriff John Anderson has announced the successful completion of another Operation Sweep, conducted Wednesday, Jan. 29, in Eastern Madera County.

Sheriff’s deputies teamed up with agents from State Parole and the Madera County Probation Department early yesterday morning, completing this month’s operation shortly after 3 p.m.

The Sheriff’s Office reports that the operation netted six fugitives including Nathaniel Follette, one of Crime Stoppers’ Most Wanted Criminals.

Nathaniel FolletteFollette, wanted for parole violation, was taken into custody inside his home located on Road 600 in Ahwahnee.

Matthew WilliamsonMatthew Williamson,who was wanted for felony vandalism, trespassing and resisting arrest, was captured outside his trailer located on Coyote Lane in Ahwahnee.

David Newberry, wanted for Grand Theft and probation violation,David Charles Newberrywas apprehended in the backyard of his residence located on Road 628 in Ahwahnee.

Nolan CorderoNolan Cordero,wanted for probation violation, was arrested at a residence on Road 423 in Oakhurst.

Erick Radman wanted for probation violation,Erick Radman was apprehended on Willow Creek Drive in North Fork.

Sean McMahon, wanted for probation violation, wSean McMahonas found near Finegold Creek Court in North Fork where he was taken into custody without incident.

Yesterday’s operation was one of several random sweeps carried out in both the foothills of Eastern Madera County and on the valley floor.
