OAKHURST – Sierra Telephone Customer Service, Internet Technical Support, and Operator Services have been undergoing months of training as they combine to initiate the new Customer Care One Stop Shop.Calls for all Sierra Tel companies, including Answering Service, Business Center, Business Systems, Internet, Long Distance, and Telephone, are being directed to one telephone number where they are answered and connected to the appropriate company or person.Associates in the business offices are now able to assist with new services, changes to service, and payments for all companies.
“The new One Stop Shop gives our customers the simplified experience of dealing with a single point of contact,” says Debbie Peters, Customer Care Manager. “We are all working together to provide customers seamless access to many of our products and services.”
Facilities are being transitioned to provide the newest technology. Sierra Tel says their technicians and personnel are working diligently to minimize interruptions and deliver high quality service to customers.
