My love for art, drawing and painting has come from an inner need to create and then to share my passion with others. It’s a wonderful feeling to be totally immersed in the process of painting and experience the surprising and satisfying results.

Sculpting from the clay found beneath her feet, Ann Hart lets her hands do the talking of the supple medium created by the eons of erosion and sediment in the Sierra. Mica and gold flecks glint in the original brown clay sculptures mountain on intriguing quartz or wood.
