Short Story Writing Workshop Starts In September

MARIPOSA – The Mariposa County Arts Council will be offering a six-week short story writing workshop, led by published author C.B. Mosher, starting Wednesday, Sept. 9.

This course is open to the public and designed for individuals with an interest in writing and an enthusiasm for learning. Writers at every level are encouraged to attend.

C.B. Mosher has lived in South America, New York City, the Midwest, Los Angeles, Georgia, and the Sierra Nevada, and these locations all inspire his writings. He has published short stories, a novel, a non-fiction book, scientific articles, textbook chapters, and an on-going newspaper column. Past workshop participants have gone on to have their works published as well.

This writing workshop will run every Wednesday, Sept. 9 through Oct. 14, at the Mariposa County Arts Council’s Treetop Gallery from 6 – 9 pm. Registration is $50.
