Sheriff’s Office Locates Missing At Risk Man

UPDATE: 2 p.m. Missing at risk adult Tyler Barr, Jr. has been safely located by Madera County Sheriff’s Detectives. He is being reunited with his family in Madera.

MADERA COUNTY — The Madera County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing at risk adult.

Tyler Barr, Jr., age 23, was last heard from shortly after 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23. His last known whereabouts were in the area of Blackstone and Clinton in the city of Fresno.

Tyler left his residence in Madera around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21, and has not been seen by his family since.

He requires daily life sustaining medication that he has been without for almost 48 hours.

Tyler is a white male adult, with brown hair and brown eyes, 5-foot 8-inches tall, and weighs about 155 pounds. It is unknown what he was last wearing, the Sheriff’s Office says, though he often wears blue tennis shoes with orange laces.
