FRESNO — State Center Community College District (SCCCD) Board of Trustees approved Cheryl Sullivan as the vice chancellor, finance and administration. Ms. Sullivan will begin her new role on August 1, 2018.

She currently serves as Fresno City College’s vice president of administrative services and has begun transitioning into her new role. During her time as the vice president, Cheryl was asked to serve as the interim president while the District conducted a search to fill that position permanently.

I’m confident that she is up to the task of leading this District in a time of great fiscal change in higher education.”

Board President Bobby Kahn agrees.

“Cheryl has been a high quality employee of State Center Community College District for many years and has truly earned this appointment,” Kahn notes. “She has continued to demonstrate her dedication and skill at a variety of positions and I feel fortunate that she is part of the SCCCD team.”
