COARSEGOLD – A ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday celebrated the opening of a brand new business in Coarsegold.
“We’re happy to introduce our latest member, Coarsegold Tax Services, to the community,” said Coarsegold Chamber President Dave Wolin. “Felecia Vernon Chancey, owner of Coarsegold Tax Services, is a CPA and is well known as a professional in the tax and accounting business and an asset to Coarsegold and Eastern Madera County.”
The Chamber says the ribbon cutting ceremony marks the launch of a new and much-needed business in the community and they are particularly appreciative of the appearance by Shannon Major, representing Senator Berryhill, and Mika Petrucci, representing Assemblyman Bigelow.
Ms. Vernon Chancey provided refreshments and hors d’oeuvres to all the friends and neighbors who attended.
The move to this area of Coarsegold was in great part encouraged and supported by the Chamber and their Economic Development Committee, stated Ms. Vernon Chancey.
“We have had locations in Oakhurst and Yosemite Lakes Park in the past and are looking forward to increased visibility with this prime Highway 41 location.”
