It seems that a particular modem is the culprit, and they will help you get back online if you give them a call. Ponderosa has posted this item on their website:“Some customers with the Vision Net M405 DSL modem have reported trouble browsing the Internet. If you are unable to browse, your modem settings may have been compromised by an unauthorized source from the Interne.
“Please call Ponderosa technical support at 1-800-903-1444 or dial 6-1-1 to open a trouble ticket. We’re happy to assist you in getting back online.”
