NORTH FORK – SierraNewsOnline is very happy to let our Ponderosa Telephone customers know that they can now post ads on our classifieds.As most residents know, the Sierra Tel Internet (STI) classified ads have historically been available only to STI customers, for both viewing and posting. But both S|N|O and Laura Norman of STI agreed that providing their very extensive classifieds to everyone in the mountain area would be a great service, so we set about working together to make that happen.
When we first launched STI classifieds on S|N|O, only those with an sti.net address could post, though everyone could peruse the ads. We are excited to announce that Ponderosa Telephone is now onboard to allow their customers access to posting on the STI system.
