A special joy of mine for the holiday season is collecting toys for the underprivileged children through the Marine Corp Reserve’s Toys for Tots program. I have been involved with them for the past several years, this being our 30th year!
We are recognized as an official drop-off location and will collect toys from Nov. 16 through Dec. 14.
We are gladly accepting toys and/or donations from area residents. We ask for new, unwrapped toys.
New patients, previously unseen in my office, are invited to bring in at least two (2) new unwrapped toys (minimum $15 value each), in exchange for all first-day initial in-office procedures, including office evaluation, orthopedic exam, neurologic exam, and if possible, first-day treatment.
Returning patients will be seen for a single new unwrapped toy ($15 value.)
The Marines will pick up the toys, coordinate the wrapping, separation, sorting, and distribution.
Additionally, Oakhurst Family Chiropractic will also host a very special reception, being held on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.
Please stop by, have some snacks with us. Wishes to all for a blessed holiday!
Sincerely, Dr. Starnes & Veronika
