NP Sandy Peck Retires From Community Med

OAKHURST – Community Medical Providers announced recently that longtime Nurse Practioner Sandy Peck is retiring from practice.

Sandy Peck has been working at the local office for 11 years, and has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for 43 years altogether; 26 of those years, Sandy was a RN. For 17 years she’s been a Nurse Practitioner (NP).

There may have been some tears in the eyes of patients finding out that Sandy is retiring to spend time with her husband and family. The well-respected NP says the fond feelings are mutual.

“I want the community to know I’ve really enjoyed working here with everyone,” says Sandy. “It’s been very fulfilling to care for the community, and I’m going to miss everybody.”

Sandy’s last day is Tuesday, Dec. 30. She promises she’ll still be seen around town.

Congratulations, Sandy, and best wishes for your future!
