Mountain Area Home Sales For First Quarter 2019

During the first quarter of 2019, members of the of Fresno Realtors Association Multiple Listing Services in the Yosemite Gateway Branch sold 104 mountain area homes (single family residential properties) — coincidentally, the same number as last year.

Boundaries for the mountain area include Oakhurst, Ahwahnee, Coarsegold, North Fork, Wishon, Bass Lake, Wawona, Fish Camp, Yosemite West, O’Neals, and parts of Mariposa County.

The median purchase price of homes sold in the first quarter was $310,000, up 5 percent from last year’s $294,000.

The average time on the market was 104 days and the average purchase price was 96 percent of asking price. The average home size was 1,988 square feet, and the average price per square foot was $169.48.
