O’NEALS — Minarets Varsity Baseball hosted a home playoff game against Coalinga on Tuesday, May 17. Mustangs won with a gapped difference, the score being six to one in favor. Player Riley Hillerman pitched the entire game, leading the team to a landslide win.

“I’m glad we had a successful season and an awesome game,” player Drew Lespada comments on his team’s success. “We made a great team, that’s more than enough, but we came out on top, too.”  Making an intriguing overall season, Minarets Varsity Baseball is coming to a close.

Also coming to an end is Minarets Track and Field. Being the first season of the sport ever at Minarets, team members and coaches proved worthy of the amazing time and energy investment.
