COARSEGOLD – Residents of Yosemite Lakes Park are urged to attend one of the meetings scheduled to discuss what is described as the “severe needs of infrastructure and roads” in the rural community.

There will be two meetings at the Yosemite Lakes Park Clubhouse, one on Tuesday, May 5, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., and another on Saturday, May 9, from 8:30 to 11 a.m.

The meetings are being hosted by the YLP Board of Directors and General Manager Bob Civello. Discussions pertain to the issues of concern to homeowners who live in YLP, but are open to anyone who wishes to attend.

The agenda includes:

  • Water System overview
  • Road infrastructure overview
  • Financial reserves overview and YLP Master Plan for the state of the YLP infrastructure
  • Planning for next 10 years.

This is an important opportunity for residents to hear the ideas presented and to have their input considered in discussions of any plans, their cost and necessity.
