Meet Your Native Bees Tomorrow and Go Big Tree Hunting in November With Yosemite Audubon

Dan Horner will give a presentation tomorrow night titled Meet Your Native Bees, focusing on the native bees of California and the West, and featuring tips on photographing them.

The program begins at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Mariposa Methodist Church Parish hall on 6th Street, between Hwy 140 and Bullion Street.

Carl Caseya will give a presentation on Big Tree Hunting, where he will present photographs of the nine big trees he has discovered, as well as several other stunningly enormous trees.

Carl will also share stories of his tree hunting adventures.

The presentation will be held at 7:00 p.m., Nov. 14, in Oakhurst, at the United Methodist Church, 49223 Road 426.
