Mariposa Yosemite Rotary Art & Wine Festival

MARIPOSA – Art, wine, food and smooth jazz will be the order of the day as the Mariposa Yosemite Rotary Club presents the 11th annual Art & Wine Festival on Saturday, May 23, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. .

The 2015 Festival blends fine art and wines of the Sierra Foothills near Yosemite. This year the setting returns to Mariposa’s historic Courthouse, offering an unforgettable Memorial Day Weekend.

Local artists will present a colorful and creative variety of their wares from handcrafted jewelry, photographs, paintings, sculpture and weavings. Several artists will be on site demonstrating their talents. Chat with the wine makers while sipping and swirling their flavorful passions.

Spend a relaxing day of immersed in art, wine, food and the smooth jazz sounds of the Blue Skies Trio.

Admission is free, wine tasting is $10 for a commemorative festival glass and 6 tasting tickets. For more information contact Karen Smith at 209-966-6406.

See you at the Courthouse!
