"Making of America" Constitution Seminar

OAKHURST – “The Making of America” Constitution Seminar is coming to the Yosemite New Life Church on Saturday, Sept. 14.

The seminar is scheduled to start promptly at 8:30 a.m. and organizers recommend participants arrive earlier to check in. The event ends at 4:30 p.m.

ConstitutionPre-registration is important to reserve space and pre-order the class workbook. The cost for the day is $10 which includes the 145 page workshop.

“The Making of America” seminars are taught across the United States by teachers from the National Center for Constitutional Studies (NCCS), from materials developed by Dr. W. Cleon Skousen. Skousen is the author of “The 5000 Year Leap.”

Organizers refer to the event as “a learning experience your family will never forget.”

They invite an audience of all ages to “see, hear and learn about America’s Constitution with exciting, unforgettable stories.”

The workbook includes fill-in-the-blank study guides and the seminar is recommended for middle school age and older.
