Madera Sheriff’s Deputies And Camarena Health Spread Holiday Cheer

MADERA COUNTY – Nearly a dozen people were thrilled to have been pulled over by sheriff’s deputies last week when they were presented with holiday gifts rather than citations.

On the afternoon of Dec.11, Camarena Health CEO Paulo Soares and Director of Programs and Business Development Nichole Mosqueda joined Madera County Sheriff’s Office Problem Oriented Policing Team members Deputy Mike Chambers and Probation Officer Flora Munoz, as well as Patrol Corporal Ian Weaver, to spread some holiday cheer.

During routine patrol contacts, Camarena Health generously donated various gifts including $100 American Express gift cards, gas cards, and Vons gift cards to 11 unsuspecting Eastern Madera County residents.

Thank you to Camarena Health for your incredible generosity, and for allowing the Madera County Sheriff’s Office to join you during this season of giving.
